【我的初心故事】朱寶廣:愿做宿遷高鐵上的一顆螺絲釘

    朱寶(bao)廣,1978年8月出(chu)生(sheng),黨員。2000年7月-2017年12月就(jiu)職(zhi)(zhi)于江蘇宿(su)遷交通工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)建(jian)設有(you)限公(gong)司,先后任(ren)(ren)項目(mu)副經(jing)理(li)(li)、項目(mu)經(jing)理(li)(li)等(deng)職(zhi)(zhi)。現(xian)就(jiu)職(zhi)(zhi)于宿(su)遷市(shi)高速鐵路(lu)建(jian)設發(fa)展有(you)限公(gong)司,任(ren)(ren)宿(su)遷市(shi)上海路(lu)(高鐵站連接線)改造(zao)工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)及高鐵商務區建(jian)設工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)工(gong)作組(zu)組(zu)長(chang)。

    工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)期間,多(duo)次獲得(de)先進(jin)(jin)個人(ren)與先進(jin)(jin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)者(zhe),集團公司(si)優(you)(you)秀共產(chan)黨員,市(shi)交通(tong)運輸行業“工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)地(di)(di)先鋒”等榮譽稱號;參建的344省道獲得(de)宿(su)遷市(shi)“項羽杯”優(you)(you)質工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)獎(jiang),上海路工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)被評為(wei)省級平(ping)安工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)地(di)(di)建設示(shi)范工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)地(di)(di)、市(shi)級示(shi)范工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)地(di)(di)。

    2017年(nian)12月,朱寶廣作為技術骨干被(bei)抽調,參與徐宿(su)淮鹽鐵(tie)路(lu)配套工(gong)(gong)程建(jian)設(she),主抓宿(su)遷市上海路(lu)(高鐵(tie)站連接線)改造工(gong)(gong)程及高鐵(tie)商務區路(lu)網項目建(jian)設(she)現(xian)場管理工(gong)(gong)作。

    宿遷市上海路(高鐵站連接線(xian))改造工程(cheng)是(shi)綜合客運樞紐工程(cheng)的配套工程(cheng),體量大(da),工期緊,任務重(zhong),路線(xian)全長約(yue) 3.41公(gong)里,新建主(zhu)線(xian)高架橋(qiao)1座,橋(qiao)長1386米(mi),匝(za)道橋(qiao)2座長301米(mi),兩(liang)段隧道全長960米(mi)。

    從施工(gong)(gong)單位具體負責(ze)施工(gong)(gong)轉變為建(jian)設(she)單位的現場管理,面對工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)性質(zhi)的改變,有著參建(jian)245省(sheng)道一級(ji)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)路、121省(sheng)道靳橋(qiao)至雙溝(gou)段一級(ji)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)路、249省(sheng)道一級(ji)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)路、344省(sheng)道一級(ji)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)路等宿(su)遷市國省(sheng)干線(xian)(xian)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)路建(jian)設(she)項目經(jing)驗(yan)的朱(zhu)寶廣(guang),只(zhi)是(shi)說了句“擼起(qi)袖子加油干”,就全身心(xin)投(tou)入到(dao)了工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中。早上8點30分到(dao),晚上8點30分走;參加晚值班, 24小時待命(ming),朱(zhu)寶廣(guang)做到(dao)了隨叫隨到(dao),在建(jian)設(she)一線(xian)(xian)總(zong)能看到(dao)他的身影。

    今年4月25日,市上(shang)海路(高鐵站連接(jie)線)改造工(gong)程(cheng)正式從(cong)路基土方(fang)工(gong)程(cheng)轉(zhuan)入路面基層,攤鋪路段(duan)上(shang)海路高架(jia)橋(qiao)終點(dian)至香(xiang)港路隧(sui)道起點(dian)段(duan),長度(du)約500米。朱寶廣面色冷(leng)峻(jun),全程(cheng)緊(jin)盯(ding)機器運作,不(bu)斷地(di)和(he)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)人(ren)員確定技(ji)術(shu)(shu)參數(shu),直到(dao)各(ge)項指(zhi)標都(dou)達到(dao)了(le)設計規范要(yao)求后,才笑了(le)開(kai)來。 

 

    雖說(shuo)市上海路(lu)(lu)(lu)(高(gao)鐵站連接線(xian))改造工(gong)程(cheng)及(ji)高(gao)鐵商(shang)務(wu)區路(lu)(lu)(lu)網項(xiang)目是公路(lu)(lu)(lu)工(gong)程(cheng)項(xiang)目,但實(shi)際實(shi)施(shi)(shi)(shi)起來幾乎與市政工(gong)程(cheng)一樣,各(ge)種地(di)下(xia)管線(xian)縱(zong)橫交錯,施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)隊伍(wu)多,交叉施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)難。為了更有效開(kai)(kai)(kai)展(zhan)工(gong)作(zuo),在要求施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)單位做好施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)方案后(hou),朱寶廣召開(kai)(kai)(kai)專題會議一項(xiang)項(xiang)討論研究可行性(xing),本(ben)著由深后(hou)淺、先(xian)急(ji)后(hou)緩(huan)的思路(lu)(lu)(lu)開(kai)(kai)(kai)展(zhan)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong),工(gong)程(cheng)中(zhong)再(zai)根據實(shi)際情況(kuang)進(jin)行調整,做到施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)有序,無盲點,不重(zhong)復開(kai)(kai)(kai)挖。

    “這是宿遷的(de)(de)第(di)一(yi)條高鐵(tie)(tie),十分幸運(yun)能參與其中。”朱(zhu)寶廣(guang)就像鐵(tie)(tie)軌上(shang)的(de)(de)一(yi)顆(ke)螺(luo)絲釘,和(he)所有的(de)(de)建設者(zhe)一(yi)起成就了一(yi)個蓬勃發(fa)展(zhan)的(de)(de)高鐵(tie)(tie)事業,“工作雖然(ran)辛苦,但(dan)是能為宿遷交通(tong),特別是宿遷高鐵(tie)(tie)奉獻自己的(de)(de)微薄之力,我覺得非常驕(jiao)傲(ao),再累再累都值得。
